I was born in 1946, in Budapest. I studied at the High School of Fine Arts, at the painters’ department. I graduated in 1971 atthe graphics department of the University of Crafts. I was elected as the “most promising young artist” at the 1970 poster-biennale in Warsaw. My works were published in famous magazines, such as Graphis and Design.

In the 70’s and 80’s I designed posters, logos, and complete image for both national and foreign orders and, of course I still continued to work as a professional painter.

I had group exhibitions at the Ernst Museum Budapest, Budapest Art Gallery, The Museum of Fine Arts, Békéscsaba Graphics Biennale and KOGART Gallery. I also had individual exhibitions at the Budapest Centre of Congress, Dunavarsány Community Center and at the Club Gallery of Újlipótváros. I could show my pictures in Berlin in November 2011, at Art&design Exhibition. I had two times exhibition in Budapest at „Hadik Coffee” (2012 and 2018 at spring), and ones at „Community House” in Óbuda (2015). In the summer of 2018, I presented some of my paintings at the Tóparti Galéria in Révfülöp. In the fall of 2019, I had an exhibition at Apor Vilmos Katolikus Főiskola in Budapest.

I make portraits as well, so I happily undertake commisions of this type. I have several paintings in foreign private collections (USA, Germany, Austria and Spain). I am a regular exhibiting artist in hungarian galleries, I have made illustrations for many books.
